To make sure I get credit for your organ donor registration, first go to the Donate Life California web site by clicking the link at the bottom of this page (but please don't do it before reading all the instructions). When you get there, please click the link "Sign Me Up Today: Donor". Then it's important to do three things (please refer to the example registration form, below):
1. First, fill in your Zip Code.
2. Then pull down on the menu called "How did you learn about the Donate Life California Registry", and select "Girl Scouts - Tina's Project".
3. Lastly, complete the rest of the form and press "Submit".
